Bella and Fizz

Bella and Fizz were a pair of 1yr old ex adopts looking for a home together. They were with us for almost 6mths and in that time settled down well into cattery life. However these cats deserved a loving home environment and found their new family in June. We wish Bella, Fizz and their new owner all the best for the future.

Solly and Thomas

Solly and Thomas were two of seven cats that came to us for rehoming at the beginning of April and were looking for a home together. At ages 11yrs and 15yrs they were often over-looked for younger cats and kittens. Thankfully a loving home was found for them after 9weeks of patient waiting!

Marmaduke

Marmaduke was an 8-10yr old cat who came to us for rehoming at the beginning on April. He was originally adopted from us in September 2005 and sadly found he was back with us after his owner could no longer care for him. Marmaduke had a few skin problems, and along with his age this did not help to find him a home. However Marmaduke was given a 2nd (or even 3rd!) chance at a home in June and is now safe and happy in a home where he is loved.

Riley

Riley was a 2yr old Staffi who was with us from January to June this year. A gorgeous bouncy young boy! As we often hasve Staffi and Staffi crosses in for rehoming, some often have to wait longer than others before they are given a chance. Lucky Riley is now enjoying a loving home environment.

Fudge

Fudge was a 6yr old female English Mastiff cross. She was one of our long stay dogs and was with us from September 2007-June 2008. Fudge was a lovely gentle girl, but due to her size and strength it was often very hard to match her with the right home and where she would have plenty of space! Fudge is now happy in her new home and we wish her and her owner all the very best for the future together.

Progress Report on Mia by Lorna

Mia was a lovely ginger and white kitten who came to the RSPCA in October 2007. After a couple of months in isolation due to cat flu she spent time with myslef at my home.

On 16th August 2008 I visited Mia in her new home. She is now a year old and such an affectionate cat. It was fantastic to see how she had settled into her new home and how happy her new owners were with her. They love Mia very much and Mia loves them.

Here are the pictures that I took of her. She is very content.
